Privacy
This notice describes how Vision 360 Media LLC uses information to operate Vision 360 Pix and deliver photography and virtual-photo services.
Information we use
We use account and contact details, organization membership, property and appointment details, uploaded photos and edit instructions, project messages, support requests, billing addresses, payment references and purchase history. We also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, authentication events and error logs to operate and protect the service.
Stripe collects and processes card details. Pix receives provider identifiers, payment status and limited display information such as card brand and last four digits. Do not send card numbers, passwords or unrelated sensitive information in project messages or photo-edit instructions.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, schedule and fulfill orders, assign photographers, edit and deliver photos, process payments and credits, provide support, send service notifications, prevent misuse, maintain financial records and improve service reliability.
Who can receive it
Authorized members of your organization, assigned photographers and our operations team receive information appropriate to their roles. A photo gallery you share may be visible to people who receive its link; its download and verification settings control additional access. Avoid sharing a link more widely than intended.
Service providers process information needed for hosting, account authentication, file storage, payment processing, communications and photo editing. Pix uses services including Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Stripe, AutoHDR and OpenAI for these functions. Selecting an editing or AI feature can send the selected photo and instructions to the relevant processing provider.
We may disclose information when needed to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect people or the service, or carry out a business reorganization subject to applicable safeguards. We do not make your private project available to unrelated customers through their accounts.
Google Drive exports
If you choose Save to Google Drive, your browser transfers the selected delivered photos to a folder in the Google account you authorize. Pix requests permission to create and manage only files added through this feature. Pix does not store your Google access token or keep your Drive in sync.
Copies saved in Google Drive remain in your Google account even if a photo is later removed from Pix. Google’s privacy terms and your account storage limits apply. You can revoke Pix’s access in your Google Account settings.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication, security, payment and preference features use cookies or browser storage. Stripe and its payment services may use their own cookies when payment features load. Your browser can control or clear storage, but blocking required storage may prevent login or checkout from working.
Keeping and deleting information
We retain information for service delivery, account administration, financial records, security and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type. Photos and galleries are not a permanent archive; save copies of delivered work you need to keep. Deleting a project or account does not necessarily delete invoices, payment history, audit records or backups immediately.
Contact us to request an export, correction or deletion. We verify identity and authority before acting, and explain when we must retain information or when an organization administrator needs to handle the request. Services and storage providers may process information outside your state or country.
Your choices
You can update supported account information, manage team access and saved cards, cancel monthly renewals, and control your use of share links. Contact us about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights available under applicable law. We will not require payment-card details to verify a privacy request.
Pix is intended for adults ordering or providing property services, not for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
