We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our development target and continue testing and improving the service. This is an ongoing practice, not a claim that every experience is barrier-free.

Third-party services
Some tasks may open a service operated by another provider. We still want to hear about barriers in those journeys so we can document the issue, provide an alternative where possible, and work with the provider.
